CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2025 CIT International Conference (CITICON25) where you will join over 1,800 fellow CIT practitioners for networking and discovering ways to improve the crisis response system in your community.  You will hear from National, State and Local speakers and presenters while choosing from 100 different Conference Workshops. 

Please read ALL of the instructions very carefully as they contain all the information you will need to register for the Conference

Individual Registrations

You can register online as a CIT INTERNATIONAL MEMBER; a NON-MEMBER; a CERTIFIED CIT COORDINATOR, or a WORKSHOP PRESENTER (code required). 

  • If selecting the Member rate, the attendee’s membership must be current. Memberships will be validated so please make sure the person’s membership is active.  If a membership needs renewal, you will have to renew it prior to registering the person.
  • If selecting the Certified CIT Coordinator rate, your certification through CIT International must be current. CIT International Coordinator certifications will be validated so please make sure the person’s certification is current. 
  • If selecting the Workshop Presenter rate, you must use the discount code given to you by CIT International.

You may register multiple individuals, not on a group registration, and request a single invoice.  To do so, register each individual and when completed, send a copy of all invoices to Conference@CITInternational.org and request a single invoice.

Group Registrations

You can register multiple people and obtain a single invoice if you are registering those who have the same ticket types.  Memberships and CIT Coordinator certifications will be validated for each person so please make sure the attendee’s membership and/or certification is current.  If a membership needs renewal, you will have to renew it prior to registering the person.

When registering as a group, you can select the following ticket types:

  • CIT International Member
  • Nonmember
  • Certified CIT Coordinator

If there is a mixture of ticket types and you would like a single invoice for all or if you have any questions regarding group registrations, please contact conference@citinternational.org 

When registering multiple attendees, each person must have their own name, address and email listed.  You are not able to use the same email for all registrants.

To register more than one attendee, complete the information for the first attendee and then select Add Guest which is located at the bottom of the form.  Complete the registration information for that person who must have their own email address listed on their registration.  Continue in that manner until you are done with all registrations.

Payment

No matter what type of registration you utilize (Group or Individual), once you have completed all registrations, you will be prompted to select a payment type.

There are two options to pay; you may pay online or receive an invoice electronically and pay by credit card or check.

You will receive an automatic confirmation to the email address of the “Registration Submitter” and this will serve as your receipt. If you select Pay by Invoice you will receive an email with instructions for making payment.

All Conference registrations MUST be paid in full no later than July 31, 2025, unless prior arrangements have been made with CIT International.

Many agencies require a copy of CIT International's W-9 Form.  Please CLICK HERE to download a copy of our form.

On-Site Registrations

To ensure that we have an adequate amount of Conference supplies and meals, CIT International must have an accurate Conference attendance number on August 1, 2025.  It is for this reason that we highly discourage attendees coming to the Conference without registering prior. 

If an attendee arrives at the Conference and has not yet registered, we will do our best to accommodate them in the Conference; however, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED. If we can accommodate them, the attendee will be charged at the highest Non-Member rate (regardless of their actual membership status) and a $100 late fee will be included.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Conference@CITInternational.org
  • Registration can be cancelled up to 30 days for a full refund. 
  • Registration can be cancelled between 29 - 11 days for refund of 50%. A $50 process fee will also be assessed.
  • Cancellations less than 10 days before the start of the conference will not receive any refund.  (Only cancellations due to death in family or serious medical illness will be considered for a full refund after the cancellation deadline).
  • No-shows forfeit full registration
